Double the burrs, double the power. The Niche Duo is a single-dosing coffee grinder with two sets of burrs to deliver the ultimate grind, whether you’re making espressos or pourovers.

Designed for precision, the Niche Duo has a patented straight-through design to minimise retention and stepless micrometric adjustment that allows you to zero in on the perfect grind size. Available in Pure White and Midnight Black, both with gorgeous wood accents that make it such an iconic piece of coffee equipment.

Made for espressos… and filter coffee

The Niche Duo comes with two sets of interchangeable 83mm flat burrs. Each set is specially engineered to bring out the desirable qualities expected from espressos and filter brews. Thanks to the massive size of the burrs, this grinder offers impressive uniformity across all grind settings. Moreover, it does its job fast, making it great both for home and cafe use.

Infinity grind adjustment

To further highlight the performance of the Niche Duo’s burr sets, this coffee grinder is equipped with stepless micrometric adjustment to help you find the ideal grind size, no matter the type of coffee you’re using or your preferred brewing method.

Zero retention

The now iconic design of Niche grinders lends a functionality that all pros love -- zero retention. The straight-through design of the Niche Duo, the same one you find on the Zero, ensures all the ground coffee is expelled. This minimises retention so you can brew with the ultimate precision.

Coverage

Delivery is available to Australian addresses. International delivery and local collection are not offered at checkout. Use a street address for coffee machines and bulky equipment. Contact us before ordering to a PO box, parcel locker or an address with access restrictions so suitability can be checked.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Allow 1–3 business days for order processing. After dispatch, allow approximately 3–10 business days for standard delivery or 1–5 business days for express delivery. Express delivery does not reduce processing time. Regional and remote locations may take longer. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

If an order cannot be supplied or delivered as described, we will contact you to agree an alternative or cancellation and refund. We will not impose an additional delivery charge without your agreement.

Delivery enquiries

For address corrections, delays, damage or missing deliveries, call +61 480 811 861 and quote your order reference. Contact us promptly if the parcel appears damaged and keep the packaging where practical. Any request for photographs or packaging does not limit your consumer rights.

A clear route for a change of plan or a product problem.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging, with accessories and instructions. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. The original delivery charge is not refunded in this case. We do not charge a separate restocking fee.

Used equipment and opened consumables are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not apply to a claim about faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us with the order reference and a description of the issue. Consumer guarantees apply independently of our 30-day change-of-mind policy or a manufacturer’s warranty. The appropriate remedy depends on the problem and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to arrange a return

  1. Call +61 480 811 861 and explain whether the request is a change of mind or a product problem.
  2. We will provide the return instructions and confirm the receiving address. Do not send goods to the contact address without arranging the return.
  3. Pack the item securely. Keep your postage receipt and tracking reference.
  4. After receipt, we assess the item and explain the outcome. If more information is needed, we will contact you.

Return delivery costs

For a confirmed fault, we cover reasonable return costs. For large or difficult-to-return goods, contact us so collection or another suitable arrangement can be discussed. Keep reasonable postage receipts. You do not have to pay a restocking fee for a valid consumer-guarantee remedy.

Refund timing

Once a refund is agreed, we aim to issue it within 7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time. We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund where you are entitled to a refund.
