2. Shopping and product information

Review the exact model, colour, quantity, dimensions and inclusions before ordering. Images can show a product in use alongside items that are not included; the selected product description identifies the offer. Contact us if an important specification is unclear.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. The checkout shows the selected delivery charge and order total. We will not add a charge or substitute a product without your agreement. GST registration of the store operator remains to be confirmed.

4. Orders

A shopping bag is not an accepted order. If order submission is available, an automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request; acceptance is confirmed when the order is dispatched. If we cannot accept or supply an order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for it. This does not permit us to withhold a refund required by law.

5. Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Before dispatch we will check whether it can be made. Once dispatched, the returns policy applies, subject to your statutory rights. See Order help.

6. Delivery

Delivery is within Australia at the rates in our delivery policy. Timeframes are estimates. We remain your contact for delivery problems; these terms do not automatically transfer all risk to you when goods leave a warehouse.

7. Returns and consumer rights

The returns policy explains change-of-mind returns and faulty goods. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Accounts and website use

Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate order information. Do not use the site to submit malicious code, access another person’s account or interfere with checkout. We may restrict misuse without limiting rights relating to an existing purchase.

9. Content and brand names

Brand names identify their respective products and owners. Listing a product does not itself represent endorsement or authorised-dealer status. Do not reuse website content in a way that infringes applicable rights.
