No payment method is enabled. Please contact us for information; do not treat an item in your bag as a completed purchase.
Currency and order totals
All store prices are in AUD. Your bag shows the product total. At checkout, select your delivery option and review any discount and the complete order total before submitting an order.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is A$4.95. Express delivery is A$8.95. Standard delivery is free for product totals of A$150 or more after discounts, excluding delivery. See Shipping & delivery.
Payment safety
Do not provide card numbers, security codes or passwords by phone or in order notes. Use only payment options presented by this website’s checkout. Payment logos identify payment services; they do not confirm availability. Only methods shown at checkout can be used for an order.
Unclear or unsuccessful payments
If a payment attempt appears unsuccessful, check whether you received an order reference before trying again. Contact us if the result is unclear. An item in your bag does not by itself mean an order has been accepted.
Refunds
Refunds follow the returns policy. Any active payment provider’s processing time may be additional to the time needed to approve and issue a refund.
