Whatever you're brewing in the morning, the Fellow Opus 2 Coffee Grinder is built to handle it: daily espresso, pour over on the weekend, or a batch of cold brew. One marked dial runs the whole range on 48mm conical burrs, so there's no second grinder competing for bench space. Two magnetic catch cups are included, one of them sized to sit right under your portafilter and save you a step before the first shot of the day.
Dialling In Shots
The micro-steps between each number are what make espresso workable, giving you adjustments small enough to move a shot from sour to sweet without jumping straight past it. Every position is marked, so a setting that works is one you can note down and come back to when the next bag arrives. A single press grinds the dose and the grinder stops itself once the beans are through, with 48mm burrs getting an espresso dose down in around nine seconds.
No Grounds Left Behind
An internal impeller clears the chute as it grinds, helping more of the dose you weighed reach the cup instead of carrying over into your next coffee. The ioniser reduces static so grounds drop cleanly rather than scattering across the bench, keeping both grinding and cleanup tidier. A magnetic cleaning brush stores neatly on the rear of the grinder, keeping everything you need for regular maintenance close at hand.

Coverage
Delivery is available to Australian addresses. International delivery and local collection are not offered at checkout. Use a street address for coffee machines and bulky equipment. Contact us before ordering to a PO box, parcel locker or an address with access restrictions so suitability can be checked.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Allow 1–3 business days for order processing. After dispatch, allow approximately 3–10 business days for standard delivery or 1–5 business days for express delivery. Express delivery does not reduce processing time. Regional and remote locations may take longer. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
If an order cannot be supplied or delivered as described, we will contact you to agree an alternative or cancellation and refund. We will not impose an additional delivery charge without your agreement.

A clear route for a change of plan or a product problem.
Change-of-mind returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging, with accessories and instructions. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. The original delivery charge is not refunded in this case. We do not charge a separate restocking fee.
Used equipment and opened consumables are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not apply to a claim about faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Contact us with the order reference and a description of the issue. Consumer guarantees apply independently of our 30-day change-of-mind policy or a manufacturer’s warranty. The appropriate remedy depends on the problem and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How to arrange a return
- Call +61 480 811 861 and explain whether the request is a change of mind or a product problem.
- We will provide the return instructions and confirm the receiving address. Do not send goods to the contact address without arranging the return.
- Pack the item securely. Keep your postage receipt and tracking reference.
- After receipt, we assess the item and explain the outcome. If more information is needed, we will contact you.
Return delivery costs
For a confirmed fault, we cover reasonable return costs. For large or difficult-to-return goods, contact us so collection or another suitable arrangement can be discussed. Keep reasonable postage receipts. You do not have to pay a restocking fee for a valid consumer-guarantee remedy.
Refund timing
Once a refund is agreed, we aim to issue it within 7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time. We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund where you are entitled to a refund.
