Precision and consistency

With a focus on achieving better precision and consistency, Timemore has created the Turbo Burrs. These three-faced burrs reduce inconsistencies and fines with their increased cutting edge. This special design prevents the coffee beans from being crushed, instead, they are cut quickly and with precision.

The Timemore Sculptor grinders also have a PID-controlled brushless motor which is extremely quiet, plus variable speed so you can hit that sweet spot for every kind of coffee you grind.

Zero retention, zero fines

In addition to the Turbo Burrs and variable speed control that effectively reduces the fines, Timemore has also included an innovative zero-retention design that makes sure the fines stay out of your final brew and your grinder. Instead of using anti-static technology, Timemore created a cool rotary knocker at the dispenser which catches the fines to keep them out of your dosing cup.

When you’re done, twist the rotary knocker to get rid of the residue so you can start with a perfectly clean grinder for your next batch of coffee.

Filter and espresso grinding

The Timemore Sculptor series includes 4 grinders in its lineup: the Sculptor 78, Sculptor 78S, Sculptor 64, and Sculptor 64S. The Sculptor 78 and Sculptor 64 feature the new Turbo Burrs and are suitable for filter grinding. Meanwhile, the S variants have flat burrs that are especially for all-purpose grinding.
