Crafted from space-grade CNC-machined aluminium, the EVO offers extraordinary build quality with a 0.02mm machining tolerance for absolute precision. At its core are 38mm Hypernova stainless steel burrs, designed to deliver exceptional grind uniformity and consistency across all brewing methods. The EVO also features a micro-stepped adjustment system with over 140 steps at 10 microns each, giving you complete control over your grind size whether you’re brewing espresso, pour over, or French press.
Hybrid Power and Control
The EVO was built to adapt to your workflow. Its 7.4V Li-ion battery powers a 40W motor at 80 RPM, handling filter and medium-coarse grinding with ease. For finer espresso grinding, the manual hand-crank gives you tactile control and added torque to power through tougher beans. A dual ball-bearing drive ensures smooth operation in both modes, while auto-stop and over-torque protection safeguard the motor for long-term reliability. With USB-C charging, you can power up easily at home or on the move.

Note: Lightly roasted or “very light” coffees can be harder to grind at fine espresso settings and may require slower feeding or a coarser setting to reduce motor stress.
