Mizen Series Conical Burrs 

The Casa is equipped with Option-O’s proprietary Mizen Series Conical Burrs, available in 65mm size. Developed in-house and inspired by the brand’s renowned Moonshine Burrs, the Mizen burrs promise exceptional taste profiles and forgiving dialling-in experiences for both novice and experienced home baristas.

HectorFamily offers delivery within Australia. All delivery prices below are in Australian dollars and apply per order with the same rate for large items, including coffee machines, grinders and accessories.

Coverage

Delivery is available to Australian addresses. International delivery and local collection are not offered at checkout. Use a street address for coffee machines and bulky equipment. Contact us before ordering to a PO box, parcel locker or an address with access restrictions so suitability can be checked.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Allow 1–3 business days for order processing. After dispatch, allow approximately 3–10 business days for standard delivery or 1–5 business days for express delivery. Express delivery does not reduce processing time. Regional and remote locations may take longer. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

If an order cannot be supplied or delivered as described, we will contact you to agree an alternative or cancellation and refund. We will not impose an additional delivery charge without your agreement.

Delivery enquiries

For address corrections, delays, damage or missing deliveries, call +61 480 811 861 and quote your order reference. Contact us promptly if the parcel appears damaged and keep the packaging where practical. Any request for photographs or packaging does not limit your consumer rights.

A clear route for a change of plan or a product problem.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging, with accessories and instructions. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. The original delivery charge is not refunded in this case. We do not charge a separate restocking fee.

Used equipment and opened consumables are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not apply to a claim about faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us with the order reference and a description of the issue. Consumer guarantees apply independently of our 30-day change-of-mind policy or a manufacturer’s warranty. The appropriate remedy depends on the problem and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to arrange a return

  1. Call +61 480 811 861 and explain whether the request is a change of mind or a product problem.
  2. We will provide the return instructions and confirm the receiving address. Do not send goods to the contact address without arranging the return.
  3. Pack the item securely. Keep your postage receipt and tracking reference.
  4. After receipt, we assess the item and explain the outcome. If more information is needed, we will contact you.

Return delivery costs

For a confirmed fault, we cover reasonable return costs. For large or difficult-to-return goods, contact us so collection or another suitable arrangement can be discussed. Keep reasonable postage receipts. You do not have to pay a restocking fee for a valid consumer-guarantee remedy.

Refund timing

Once a refund is agreed, we aim to issue it within 7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time. We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund where you are entitled to a refund.
